This mid-size luxury crossover was first
launched in 2002. The current second-generation model came in 2008, and
since then it has been refreshed just ones in 2011. The next-generation
2016 Infiniti QX70 will bring many interior and exterior changes as
well as powertrain changes. New model will be completely redesigned but
it will keep its recognizable appearance. It will stay aggressive and
sporty just like its predecessor. We will be able to see so many
interesting details which will make this vehicle more stylish and
luxurious than ever. With the usage of lightweight materials like steel
and aluminum, engineers succeeded to reduce weight of the car and
improve its performances. New QX70 will be available with Premium,
Technology and Sport packages. It will get 18-inch split 5-spoke
aluminum alloy wheels and HID bi-functional xenon headlights. Some of
the new exterior features will also be: Integrated front fog lights, LED
rear brake lights, Power rear lift gate, Aluminum roof rails,
integrated rear spoiler,
Dual exhaust with polished tips, side air vents and many more. Interior
of the car will be completely redesigned with standard QX70 key
features: Black Lacquer interior trim, Dual Zone Automatic Temperature
Control System, Rear View Monitor, Infinity Intelligent Key with
illuminated Push-Button Ignition, Bose 11-speaker Premium Audio System and USB Connection port.
2016 Infiniti QX70 powertrain
Under the hood of the amazing 2016
Infiniti QX70 we will find a 3.7-liter V6 power unit capable to produce
325 horsepower. Engine is improved with VVEL (Variable Valve Event and
Lift) control. It will come with seven speed manual or automatic
transmission and standard FWD system. New Infinity will be also
available and with the Intelligent AWD system which provides power where
and when you need it.
Release date and price
We could expect to see the new 2016
Infiniti QX70 revealed by the end of 2015. How we have found so far its
price will be around $46,000.
